TIME FOR EQUALITY: All FOR ONE

Believe the Transgender community remains the most marginalised and ignored of all, we read the transgender persons protection of rights act passed in 2018. Although, it seemed to suffice in reading, reality seemed different. therefore, we contacted transgender activists and comprehended their take on the bill: effectiveness and shortcomings. We also interacted with those who face discrimination on the roads, understood their complaints, and provided them with contact of activists and organization’s that could help them with their everyday struggles.

Where are the women- a virtual photo exhibition

Our project focuses on photography- the use of visual communication to speak to our viewers and spread awareness about gender inequality. Across the globe there is rampant gender discrimination and inequality. Women do not have access to basic facilities of life such as education, bodily autonomy and the freedom to work and earn a living for themselves.
